1. Who is responsible
The TopMesh website operator is responsible for deciding how website enquiry data is used. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to topmesh@163.com. This policy covers the English, French, Spanish and Chinese review pages published under topmesh.online.
2. Information you provide
An enquiry or distributor form may include your name, company, country or region and the WhatsApp number, telephone number or email address you choose to provide. Information you send later through WhatsApp, email or project communication is handled as part of the same business conversation.
3. Technical and attribution information
The enquiry record can include the page submitted, referring page, browser user-agent, the submitting IP address and available UTM or Google click attribution parameters. The IP address is retained as restricted security information and a keyed, one-way hash is also stored for abuse investigation.
After you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may process page views, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, clicks, scrolling and other interaction information needed for traffic analysis, heatmaps or session diagnostics.
- Necessary browser storage remembers your privacy choice.
- Analytics scripts do not load before you accept analytics.
- Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing, submitting an enquiry or using WhatsApp.
4. Why the information is used
Enquiry data is used to respond, review the application, select a product route, discuss pricing or service and evaluate distributor cooperation. Source and campaign fields help connect an enquiry with the page or campaign that generated it. Security information is used to limit spam and investigate abuse. Optional analytics is used to improve navigation, content and conversion paths.
- Enquiry handling: steps requested by you and legitimate business interests in responding.
- Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interests in protecting the website.
- GA4 and Clarity analytics: your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Storage and service providers
Form submissions are stored in a TopMesh-controlled enquiry database and may be read by TopMesh's authorised follow-up software and staff. Hosting and infrastructure providers process only the information needed to operate and secure the service. Google provides GA4 and Microsoft provides Clarity only after analytics consent. Website visitor information is not sold.
6. International processing
TopMesh contacts, infrastructure and analytics providers may operate in different countries. This means information may be processed outside your country. Provider safeguards and account controls are reviewed when services are enabled or changed.
7. Retention
Ordinary website enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from submission and then removed by the server retention process. Daily encrypted or access-controlled operational backups are normally kept for up to 30 days. If an enquiry becomes an order, service matter, dispute or legally required record, the relevant project information may be retained for the applicable contractual, accounting or legal period. Analytics retention follows the approved settings in the Google and Microsoft accounts.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction, object to certain processing, withdraw analytics consent and complain to the competent data-protection authority. To help locate a record, include the contact method and approximate submission date in your request to topmesh@163.com.
9. Analytics and cookie settings
The first visit presents a choice to accept or reject optional analytics. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future GA4 and Clarity loading on this browser; it does not automatically delete information already processed by a provider, so a separate deletion request may be needed.
10. Security, children and updates
Access controls, request validation, rate limits, database backups and data minimisation are used to protect enquiry records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. This industrial business website is not directed to children. Material changes to providers or processing will be reflected in this page and its effective date.
