About TopMesh

Industrial moisture measurement built around the real process

TopMesh develops online moisture measurement systems for bulk materials and continuously manufactured products, combining application engineering, system assembly, testing and project support.

Industrial moisture measurement built around the real process

Who we are

One engineering team connecting material, instrument and production decision

TopMesh brings the sensor, control unit, software, mounting concept and field-validation route together as one measurement system. The work starts with the material and the production decision—not with a model number.

The application scope includes metallurgy, coal, power generation, chemicals, tobacco, paper and grain, together with other continuous processes where moisture affects quality, energy, yield or incoming-material decisions.

2019

Engineering foundation

The team began developing industrial measurement and control products for continuous material processes.

20+ years

Core-team field experience

The core team brings more than two decades of product development and site-commissioning experience to application review and delivery.

Microwave + NIR

Measurement routes

Online microwave and near-infrared routes cover different material volumes, surfaces and installation geometries.

Our development

From measurement engineering to complete moisture-measurement routes

TopMesh's history is a focused progression: build dependable instruments, learn from operating sites and turn the instrument into a maintainable production system.

012019

Measurement and control development began

The engineering work focused on measurement and control technology for bulk-material processes.

02Product development

The portfolio expanded around the way material moves

Online microwave and near-infrared instruments developed into contact, transmission, bale or load scanning, and board or sheet measurement routes.

03Field application

Validation became part of system delivery

Operating-site work connected the instrument with paired sampling, calibration data, alarm logic and maintenance records.

04Today

A measurement system, not an isolated sensor

Application review, system configuration, installation, data integration, calibration support and local service are organised around the customer's production decision.

Manufacturing and test

How a project moves through our factory

Each system is configured for a defined material, measurement point and data task. That keeps the supplied hardware, parameters, documents and validation plan tied to the same application.

01

Review the application

Confirm material, expected moisture range, flow, measurement volume, reference method, installation space and the decision the value must support.

02

Configure the system

Match the sensing route with the controller, software, mounting structure, protection, signals and project documentation.

03

Assemble and function-test

Check mechanical completion, wiring, sensor communication, display, outputs and the configured system before release.

04

Prepare site validation

Issue the project information needed for installation, paired sampling, calibration, acceptance and ongoing verification.

Application engineering

The product is selected around the material volume that matters

Surface moisture, moisture through a moving bed, a bale or truckload, and a moisture profile across a board are different measurement tasks. TopMesh reviews the physics, geometry and reference route before fixing the system configuration.

  • Compare NIR surface sensing, contact microwave and transmission microwave routes.
  • Account for density, temperature, particle size, colour, bed depth, line speed and material contact.
  • Connect the live value to display, alarm, PLC, MES, manual adjustment or automatic control.

Quality and traceability

A stable reading needs a controlled evidence chain

Product inspection is only one part of quality. The measurement also depends on the correct reference method, representative samples and clearly recorded operating conditions.

  • Keep the supplied model, configuration, software, drawings and signal map aligned.
  • Function-check the assembled system and document the release configuration.
  • Build calibration and acceptance around paired online readings and representative reference samples.
  • Retain verification rules for material, recipe or process changes after commissioning.

International project support

Factory knowledge with local project responsibility

International projects work best when factory application knowledge is combined with a partner who understands the customer's language, site practices and service expectations.

01

Factory application support

Measurement-route review, product configuration, integration guidance and difficult application questions remain connected to the product team.

02

Local distributors and integrators

Regional partners support opportunity development, site coordination, installation, commissioning and first-line communication.

03

Clear handover

The project defines who owns mechanical work, electrical work, sampling, PLC integration, training and post-commissioning support.
