TopMesh develops online moisture measurement systems for bulk materials and continuously manufactured products, combining application engineering, system assembly, testing and project support.

Who we are
TopMesh brings the sensor, control unit, software, mounting concept and field-validation route together as one measurement system. The work starts with the material and the production decision—not with a model number.
The application scope includes metallurgy, coal, power generation, chemicals, tobacco, paper and grain, together with other continuous processes where moisture affects quality, energy, yield or incoming-material decisions.

Operating-site work connected the instrument with paired sampling, calibration data, alarm logic and maintenance records.

Manufacturing and test
Each system is configured for a defined material, measurement point and data task. That keeps the supplied hardware, parameters, documents and validation plan tied to the same application.
Confirm material, expected moisture range, flow, measurement volume, reference method, installation space and the decision the value must support.
Match the sensing route with the controller, software, mounting structure, protection, signals and project documentation.
Check mechanical completion, wiring, sensor communication, display, outputs and the configured system before release.
Issue the project information needed for installation, paired sampling, calibration, acceptance and ongoing verification.

Application engineering
Surface moisture, moisture through a moving bed, a bale or truckload, and a moisture profile across a board are different measurement tasks. TopMesh reviews the physics, geometry and reference route before fixing the system configuration.

Quality and traceability
Product inspection is only one part of quality. The measurement also depends on the correct reference method, representative samples and clearly recorded operating conditions.
